The SHY-5C full hydraulic core drilling rig is suitable for diamond rope coring, percussive rotary drilling, directional drilling, reverse circulation continuous coring and other drilling techniques; It can also be used for water well drilling, anchor drilling and engineering geological drilling. It is a new type of full hydraulic power head core drill.

1. Modular design, can be disassembled for transportation, and the maximum weight of a single piece is 500kg / 760kg, which is convenient for manual handling.
2. The SHY-5C full hydraulic core drilling rig can match the two power modules of diesel engine and motor. Even on the construction site, the two power modules can be exchanged quickly and easily.
3. Full hydraulic transmission realizes the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, with stable transmission, light noise, centralized operation, convenience, labor saving, safety and reliability.
4. The power head gearbox has stepless speed regulation, wide speed range and 2-gear / 3-gear torque output, which can be applicable to the requirements of various drilling processes for speed and torque in different drilling diameters. The power head can be shifted laterally to give way to the orifice, which is convenient and labor-saving.
5. Equipped with hydraulic chuck and hydraulic gripper, the drill pipe can be clamped quickly and reliably with good alignment. The slip can be replaced for clamping Φ 55.5、 Φ 71、 Φ 89 various specifications of rope coring drill pipe, large drift diameter and easy to use.
6. The drilling distance of SHY-5C full hydraulic core drilling rig is up to 3.5m, which can effectively reduce the auxiliary working time, improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the core blockage caused by stopping and reversing the rod.
7. It is equipped with imported winch, stepless speed regulation, and the maximum single rope lifting force is 6.3t/13.1t.
8. Stepless speed regulation rope coring hydraulic winch with wide speed change range and flexible operation; Mast derrick can lift drilling tools 3-6M at a time, which is safe and labor-saving.
