More information for the TR360 used machine
1. Now let's look at the heart of this machine, that is, the stronger engine. Our drilling rig uses the original Carter C-9 engine with a power of 261 kW. We cleaned the outside of the engine, maintain and replaced the engine oil filter and some wearing seals to ensure that the oil circuit is unblocked and the machine runs smoothly.
2. Then let's take a look at the rotary head, reducer and motor of the drilling rig. First let’s check the rotary head. The large torque rotary head Equipped REXROTH motor and reducer provides powerful output torque about 360Kn and realizes grading control according to the geological conditions, constructions requirements and so on. The reducer and motor of the drilling rig are also first-line brands, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the drilling rig.
3. The next part to be shown is the mast of the drill. Our mast has stable structure, with luffing cylinder and support cylinder. It’s strong and stable. We check every hydraulic cylinder to ensure no oil leaks.
4. The next part to show is our cab. We could see that the Electric systems are from Pal-fin auto-control , optimal design of electric control system improves the control accuracy and the feed back speed. Our machine also Equipped advanced automatic switch of manual control and auto control , the electronic leveling device can monitor and adjust the mast automatically , and guarantee a verticality condition during operation . Moreover, there is air conditioning in the cab, which can ensure normal construction in bad weather.
5. Base
Then look at the base. Retractable original CAT 336D chassis with Efl turbocharged engine ensures the stability of the whole machine meet the performance on various applications and construction environment. Also we check and maintain every track shoes.
6. Hydraulic system
The whole machine operation applies hydraulic pilot control , which could make the load and sense light and obvious . The optimal machine performance , Lower fuel consumption , more flexible steering and more efficient construction , key components adopted world famous brand such as Caterpillar , Rexroth.

A1: We are a manufacturer. Our factory is located in Hebei Province near the capital Beijing, 100km away from Tianjin port. We also have our own trading company.

A5: By T/T, L/C AT SIGHT, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.

A6: First sign the PI, pay deposit, then we will arrange the production. After finished production you need to pay the balance. Finally we will ship the goods.
