Product Description
Our CFA drilling equipment based on continuous flight auger drilling technique is mainly used in construction to create concrete piles and perform large diameter ratory and CFA piling. It can construct a continuous wall of reinforced concrete that protects workers during excavation. CFA piles continue the advantages of the driven piles and the bored piles, which are versatile and require no removal of soil. This drilling method enables the drilling equipment to excavate a wide variety of soils, dry or water-logged, loose or cohesive, and also to penetrate through low capacity, soft rock formation like tuff, loamy clays, limestone clays, limestone and sandstone etc, The maximum diameter of piling reaches 1.2 m and max. depth achieves 30 m, helping overcome problems formerly connected to project and execution of pilings.
It’s applicable for concrete cast in situ pile for foundation construction such as urban construction,railway,highway,bridge,subway and building.
CFA Autorotary This function increases the operator comfort reducing the fatigue and arm vibration during the drilling phase.
DMS system a multi language adjustable touch screen to manage the drilling rig, monitor alarms, and set and store technology parameters in real time.
DMS defines the correct mix of parameters and checks to ensure greater efficiency in terms of digging performance.
Allows the operator to detect the corkscrew effect.
Allows the operator to detect excessive over-excavation & over-flighting
Optimises the level of auger filling
Optimises the drilling process;
Allows the operator to become a controller of the automated functions set
Sleeve extension warning system to avoid incorrect operations during coupling procedure, giving the operator the visualization of the correct locking position of the sleeve extension.

A5: By T/T, L/C AT SIGHT, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.

A6: First sign the PI, pay deposit, then we will arrange the production. After finished production you need to pay the balance. Finally we will ship the goods.

A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
