Product Introduction
The full hydraulic anchor engineering drilling rig is mainly used in the urban foundation pit support and control of building displacement, geological disaster treatment and other engineering construction. The structure of the drilling rig is integral, equipped with crawler chassis and clamping shackle. The crawler chassis moves rapidly, and the hole position is convenient for centering; The clamping shackle device can automatically dismantle the drill pipe and casing, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the construction efficiency.

Main Features
QDGL-2B anchor drilling rig is used for basic construction, to complete following missions. Such as anchor, dry powder, mud injection, exploration holes and small pile holes missions. This product can complete screw spinning , DTH hammer and scraping drilling.
1. Casing: the additional casing makes the appearance of the machine more scientific, and also protects the key hydraulic parts from pollution.
2. Outrigger: not only to protect the cylinder from damage, but also enhance the support strength.
3. Console: split console, make the operation more simple, avoid misoperation.
4. Track: longer and stronger track, effectively prevent subsidence, adapt to a wider range of strata.
5. (optional) lifting: adjustable orifice height, no longer dependent on the height of the working face.
6. (optional) automatic turntable: no manual labor, easier and more convenient.
7. Through hole high pressure resistant Faucet: the necessary device for expanding head construction.
8. Power head: the rotary device of the drilling rig is driven by double hydraulic motors, with large output torque and low rotary speed compared with similar products, which greatly improves the balance of drilling. Equipped with expansion joint, the life of drill pipe thread can be greatly extended.
Heat dissipation system: the heat dissipation system is optimized according to the local special conditions of customers to ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic system does not exceed 70 ℃ when the outdoor temperature is 45 ℃.
