What s more , the large and deep hole piles are required in the across sea and across river bridge . Thus , according to the above two reasons , we researched and developed TR460 rotary drilling rig which has the advantages of high stability , large and deep pile and easy for transportation.
Triangle support structure reduces turning radius and increases the stability of rotary drilling rig.
Rear-mounted main winch uses double motors , double reducers and single layer drum design which avoids rope winding.
Crowd winch system is adopted , stroke is 9m . Both crowd force & stroke are larger than those of cylinder system , which is easy to embed casing Optimized hydraulic and electrical control system improves system control accuracy and reaction speed .
