Product Introduction

SNR1200 drilling rig is a kind of medium and high efficient full hydraulic multifunctional water well drill rig for drilling up to 1200m and is used for water well,monitoring wells, engineering of ground-source heat pump air-conditioner,blasting hole, bolting and anchor cable, micro pile etc. Compactness and solidity are the main characteristics of the rig which is designed to work with several drilling method: reverse circulation by mud and by air, down the hole hammer drilling, conventional circulation. It can meet the drilling demand in different geological conditions and other vertical holes.

The rig can be either crawler, trailer or truck mounted and it can be personalized according to the various customers’ requirements. The drilling machine is driven by diesel engine, and rotary head is equipped with international brand low-speed and large-torque motor and gear reducer,feeding system is adopted with advanced motor -chain mechanism and adjusted by double speed. Rotating and feeding system are controlled by hydraulic pilot control which can achieve step-less speed regulation. Breaking out and in drill rod, leveling the whole machine, winch and other auxiliary actions are controlled by hydraulic system. The structure of rig is designed to reasonable, which is easy to operate and maintenance.

Hydraulic rotary head and break in-out clamp device, advanced motor- chain feeding system, and hydraulic winch are reasonable matched.

This rig can be used by two drilling method in set covering layer and stratum soil condition.

The rig can be either crawler, trailer or truck mounted.

Use of efficient and durable oil mist device and oil mist pump. In the process of drilling, the high-speed running impactor is lubricated all the time to extend its service life to a greater extent.

Conveniently equipped with air compressor and DTH hammer, it can be used to drill the hole in rock soil condition by air drilling method.

The rig is adopted with patent technology hydraulic rotating system, mud pump, hydraulic winch, which can be work with circulation drilling method.

Two-speed hydraulic regulation is used in rotating, thrusting, lifting system, which shall make drilling specification more match with well working situation.

Hydraulic system is equipped with separate air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler , also can install water cooler as client’s optional in order to ensure hydraulic system work continuously and efficiently under the high temperature weather conditions in different regions.

Four hydraulic support jacks can level rapidly undercarriage to ensure the drilling accuracy. The support jack extension as optional can be easy to make the rig load and unload on truck as Self-loading by itself, which save more transportation cost.
