Product Introduction
SM-300 Rig is crawler mounted with top hydraulic drive rig. It is the new style rig our company designed and produced.
Application Range
The rig is mainly use for diamond bit drilling and carbide bit drilling of solid bed. It also can be use in underpinning and pile drilling, geotechnical surveys drilling and mineral exploration drilling etc.
Main Features
(1) Top hydraulic head driver is droved by two high speed hydraulic motor. It can supply the great torque and the wide range of the rotation speeds.
(2) Feeding and the lifting system adopt the hydraulic motor driving and chain transmission. It has the long feeding distance and giving the convenient for the drilling.
(3) The V style orbit in the mast cans sure the enough rigidity between the top hydraulic head and the mast and gives the stability at the high rotation speed.
(4) Rod unscrew system make the operation simply.
(5) Hydraulic winch for lifting have the better lifting stability and good braking ability.
(6) Electric controlling system has center control and the three emergency stop buttons.
(7) Main center control table can move as your wants. Show you the speed of the rotation, the feeding and lifting speed and the pressure of the hydraulic system.
(8) The rig hydraulic system adopt the variable pump, electric controlling proportion valves and multi-circuit valves.
(9) Steel crawler drive by the hydraulic motor, so the rig has a wide maneuverability.

A1: We are a manufacturer. Our factory is located in Hebei Province near the capital Beijing, 100km away from Tianjin port. We also have our own trading company.

Q5: What's your payment terms?
A5: By T/T, L/C AT SIGHT, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q6: How can I place the order?
A6: First sign the PI, pay deposit, then we will arrange the production. After finished production you need to pay the balance. Finally we will ship the goods.
Q7: When can I get the quotation?
A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
