1. The hydraulic oil is oxidized and deteriorated. When the rotary drilling rig is working, the hydraulic system generates a lot of heat due to various pressure losses. The temperature of the hydraulic oil in the system rises. When the system temperature is too high, the hydraulic oil is easily oxidized. After oxidation, organic acids and organic acids will be generated. It will corrode metal components, and will also generate oil-insoluble colloidal deposits, which will increase the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and deteriorate the anti-wear performance.

2. Particles mixed in hydraulic oil cause pollution. Hydraulic systems and components mix dirt into the system during processing, assembly, storage and transportation; insoluble matter is formed after air leakage or water leakage during use; wear debris generated by wear of metal parts during use; mixing of dust in the air, etc. Forms particulate contamination in hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is mixed with particulate dirt, which is easy to form abrasive wear and reduce the lubricating performance and cooling performance of the hydraulic oil.

3. Water and air are mixed into the hydraulic oil. The new hydraulic oil has water absorption and contains a small amount of water; when the hydraulic system stops working, the temperature of the system decreases, and the water vapor in the air condenses into water molecules and mixes into the oil. After the water is mixed into the hydraulic oil, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be reduced, and the oxidative deterioration of the hydraulic oil will be promoted, and water bubbles will also be formed, which will deteriorate the lubricating performance of the hydraulic oil and cause cavitation.
