The pile breaker has a modular design and each module is equipped with an one-stage hydraulic cylinder and a chisel. The tines move linearly due to the hydraulic cylinder and they are move in parallel thanks to the synchronized electronic system, using on board the electronic control unit which communicates with each tine motor controller.As a result, the breaker performs multi-point crushing across the pile section, enabling clean cutoff of pile heads with different diameters while keeping the same cross-sectional breaking pattern.
SINOVO pile breakers are available in two series: the SPA series (round pile breakers) and the SPF series (square pile breakers). Generally, round pile breakers are suitable for pile diameters of 250mm-2500mm; square pile breakers are suitable for pile side lengths of 300-500mm, meeting the requirements of various large-scale foundation construction projects. We can also customize machines according to specific customer requirements.
