The core of the Desander relies on a dual process of hydraulic cyclone classification and multi-layer vibration screening to achieve solid-liquid separation: the slurry is pressurized by a slurry pump and sent to the cyclone, where high-density sand particles settle and are discharged downwards under centrifugal force, and lightweight slurry flows back upwards; The residual mixed sand mud enters the upper fine screen, lower coarse screen, and back screen multi-stage polyurethane vibrating screen, screening and intercepting different particle sizes of sand and gravel layer by layer, and the clean mud is re circulated in the mud pit for reuse. The entire equipment is integrated with a swirl device, vibration motor, feed slurry pump, and slurry storage box, with a compact structure that can be flexibly transported and installed on the construction site. It operates automatically and continuously without the need for manual cleaning of soil, greatly reducing on-site labor costs.
