The SNR series fully hydraulic water well drilling rig is a medium-sized, efficient, and multifunctional drilling rig. This drilling rig can provide three different chassis forms according to user needs: truck type, trailer type, and crawler type. The drilling rig mainly uses mud drilling,supplemented by down the hole (DTH) impact hammer drilling, which can meet the drilling requirements of different geological conditions and other vertical holes.
This drilling rig is widely used in drilling water wells, monitoring wells, ground source heat pumps, air conditioning hole engineering construction, etc. It can also be used in drilling blasting holes, anchor rods, anchor cables, micro pile holes and other engineering construction.
The fully hydraulic dual rotary head water well drilling rig can be drilled using a down the hole impact hammer，mud drilling or drilling with casing to meet different geological conditions for drilling operations. Suitable for projects such as large-diameter water wells, pile holes, and mine rescue.
The drilling rig can provide three different types of chassis based on user needs: truck-mounted, trailer-mounted, and crawler-mounted. This rig is powered by a diesel engine,with the upper rotary head composed of a high-speed motor and a gear reducer, and the lower rotary head made up of a low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor and a gear reducer. The propulsion is powered by hydraulic cylinders. Both rotation and propulsion are controlled by hydraulic pilot control to achieve stepless speed regulation. Both rotation and propulsion utilize dual-speed adjustment. The auxiliary actions such as loading and unloading drill rods, leveling the drilling rig, and hoisting are all controlled by a hydraulic system. The rig features a reasonable structural layout, making it easy to operate and maintain, and is an ideal multifunctional and multipurpose drilling equipment.
