With the continuous growth of demand for urban infrastructure, small-scale housing construction, and municipal support projects, the market urgently needs a small and medium-sized rotary excavation equipment with streamlined structure, convenient transfer, and performance that meets international standards. Recently, SINOVO Group launched a new TR60 self erecting rotary drilling rig, which integrates advanced hydraulic loading system and intelligent electronic control technology. After comprehensive optimization of the structure and control system, the overall performance of the machine has entered the forefront of similar equipment worldwide. With its compact body, stable output, and user-friendly operation, it has become the preferred equipment for construction of small and medium-sized pile foundation projects. TR60 adopts a brand new integrated self erecting structure design, with a streamlined and compact overall layout. The transmission and control modules are integrated and optimized, resulting in a significantly reduced failure rate. The operation process conforms to the usage habits of frontline construction personnel, effectively reducing the threshold for getting started. The equipment is compatible with multiple pile foundation construction processes and comes standard with telescopic friction and interlocking square drill rods, which can complete conventional pile foundation drilling operations. At the same time, it supports the selection of CFA long spiral construction modules. One set of equipment covers multiple drilling processes, greatly expanding the engineering adaptation scenarios.
In terms of construction efficiency, the maximum rotation speed of this model can reach 50r/min, targeting industry pain points such as difficulty in slag discharge and slow hole forming speed for small diameter pile holes. The main and auxiliary winches are integrated into the mast, allowing operators to visually observe the operation status of the steel wire rope. This not only enhances the overall structural rigidity of the mast, but also avoids safety hazards caused by steel wire rope wear and displacement from the source, significantly improving the safety of the construction site.
The power and hydraulic systems are equipped with mature first-line matching, and the power end uses Cummins diesel engines to meet the National Emission Standard II, balancing fuel economy, operational stability, and low-carbon environmental protection requirements. The hydraulic system follows the international advanced load sensitive design concept, with imported core components used for the main pump, power head motor, main control valve, walking and rotating unit, and pilot operating handle; The main winch is equipped with a Rexroth original motor and balance valve, and the hydraulic flow can be automatically distributed according to the construction load. The power output is smooth and energy-saving, and there is no pressure during long-term continuous operation.
The design of transition transportation significantly reduces relocation costs. The TR60 can be transported as a whole without dismantling the drill rod, saving dismantling time and supporting lifting equipment, and greatly improving the efficiency of cross site transition. All key components of the complete electrical control system are selected from internationally renowned brands. The display screen, main controller, and tilt sensor are equipped with standardized aviation connectors. Exclusive customized electrical control solutions can also be provided according to domestic construction site conditions. The verticality of the borehole and the drilling speed are real-time, accurate, and controllable.
Relying on mature chassis structure and modular configuration, TR60 combines multiple advantages of lightweight construction, durability and reliability, and low-cost operation, and is suitable for various small and medium-sized engineering projects such as urban and rural residential pile foundations, road support, and small bridge foundations. SINOVO continues to deepen its research and development of pile driving machinery, relying on a complete product matrix to provide a full range of rotary excavation construction solutions for customers at home and abroad.
